As we've got to know our customers over the years we're safe to say that most of you like proper old fashioned record shops. Where the guy behind the counter knows (or at least seems to know) everything and you better really know your stuff if you're going to argue with him. Customer service? Pah, double pah. You feel honoured to be in there & anyone being demanding get spin on their heels and head right back out the door.
